Job description:
Responsibilities:
- Supervise all on-site construction activities.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors.
- Ensure projects are built according to plans and specifications.
- Maintain a safe and clean job site.
- Manage project schedules and budgets.
- Communicate with project managers and other team members.
- Enforce safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and safety procedures.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Pay: $57,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
