We are looking for a Paraprofessional to join our team and provide educational support to students in our school. The successful candidate will have a passion for working with children and will be responsible for assisting teachers with instruction, providing one-on-one support to students, helping with classroom management, and providing feedback to teachers on student progress. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be patient and understanding, and be able to work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members.
Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in providing instruction to students.
- Assist with the development of individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Assist with the implementation of behavior plans and strategies.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers.
- Maintain records of student progress and attendance.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff members.
- Provide support for students with special needs.
