Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the kitchen staff, providing training and guidance to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.

- Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food service, inventory management, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.

- Manage inventory levels, placing orders for supplies as needed while minimizing waste.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and creativity among kitchen staff.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar culinary leadership role within fine dining or catering environments.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary arts, and food management principles.
- Experience in menu planning that accommodates various dietary preferences and restrictions.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
