We are seeking a motivated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Conduct preventative maintenance on mechanical systems, HVAC units, refrigeration equipment, and kitchen appliances to ensure continuous operation.
- Diagnose and repair issues related to HVAC & HVAC/R systems, refrigeration units, air conditioning units, and other mechanical equipment using schematics and technical manuals.
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair kitchen equipment such as ovens, dishwashers, refrigerators, and other appliances.
- Operate company vehicles safely for maintenance tasks at different sites as needed.
- Read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and manuals to accurately diagnose problems and execute repairs.
- Perform routine inspections of mechanical systems and identify potential issues before they escalate into major failures.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, parts used, and system conditions in compliance with operational standards.
- Support maintenance operations by managing repair requests efficiently while providing excellent customer service to internal teams.
- Lead small teams or coordinate with contractors during complex repairs or installations when necessary.
Experience
- Proven experience as a service technician or maintenance technician with a strong background in appliance repair, HVAC system repair, refrigeration, and mechanical systems repair.
- Demonstrated ability to read schematics and technical manuals for troubleshooting complex equipment issues.
- Hands-on experience with HVAC & HVAC/R systems including air conditioning units; familiarity with refrigerants is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment maintenance and appliance installation is a plus.
- Experience working with maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) processes in commercial or industrial settings.
- Construction experience or familiarity with building systems is advantageous.
- Strong mechanical knowledge combined with leadership skills to guide team efforts when needed.
- Valid driver’s license with experience operating company vehicles safely in various environments.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
