Housekeeper
What We're Looking For:
We are seeking a hard-working, energetic employee who is passionate about delivering personalized attention and helping us maintain our beachfront motel. This person should have an eye for detail and a knack for fixing things to ensure the needs of our properties are met.
What You'll Do:
- Assist the housekeeping team in preparing the motel rooms for arrivals and departures
- Complete thorough inspections of unit to ensure guest-readiness
- Report and record all maintenance and/or housekeeping deficiencies
- Ensure rooms are properly and fully secured
- Meet and maintain Beachside's Standard Room Appearance, correcting inconsistencies in the units you enter
- Perform housekeeping duties as required during off-season and/or when business necessitates additional assistance in cleaning units.
- Establish and maintain open, collaborative relationships with fellow team members and upper management team
Skills and Qualifications:
- Professional in all forms of communications such as email, phone calls, video calls and texts
- Ability to work well under pressure in an agile, fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to change activity frequently and cope with interruptions
- Highly responsive and reliable
- Strong attention to detail
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Work Environment and Physical Demands
- Availability to work Saturday through Saturday, mornings and afternoons. Must be abel to work every Sunday.
- Need their own reliable transportation
- Ability to stand, sit, and walk for an extended period of time
- Reach overhead and below the waist
- Regularly push, pull, and lift up to 25 pounds
- Occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds
- Bend, stoop, squat, kneel, and twist

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15.0 – 25.0 per week
