Job Summary
KaiserAir, Inc. is advertising openings in Las Vegas, Nevada for part-time, on call Flight Attendants.
With safety as the number one priority, a Flight Attendant’s responsibility is to ensure the comfort of passengers while delivering friendly, enthusiastic and professional service. This work environment is fast-paced, time sensitive and requires high energy with constant face-to-face interaction. In addition, a Flight Attendant must be prepared to provide leadership and direction to assist passengers during non-routine operations.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
A successful candidate must possess the following qualities, experience and/or understanding:
- Knowledge of food preparation, presentation and serving techniques preferred
- Positive professional disposition and appearance
- Strong verbal communication skills that include speaking to large groups as well as individuals
- Personal integrity, accountability and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong interpersonal skills that include a positive outlook and sincere concern for others
- Excellent work ethic and demonstrated ability to act with purpose and urgency
MANDATORY
- Available to attend a mandatory flight attendant training course for up to three (3) weeks
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to stand, stoop, bend, squat, twist and be able to push, pull and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to arrive for flight 90 minutes prior to departure time
- Ability to work long duty periods (8, 12, 14, 16 & 18-hour duty days)
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
- Must pass background check and drug test
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.97 - $22.23 per hour
