Job Summary:
Washington State's original Vineyard, Winery & Distillery is looking for a rock star to work at our restaurant tasting room at Wilridge Pie Wine Bar in Woodinville.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will come into the position with general knowledge of Washington wine and spirits and a proven track record of providing superior customer service
Experience in the hospitality/customer service industry, preferably in the WA wine and spirits industry
Professional, reliable, personable, and welcoming
Organized, with strong attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and solve problems as they occur
Ability to work independently and as member of a team
MAST 12 Permit required
Food Handlers Permit required
Responsibilities:
You will be the front-line point of contact for Wilridge Pie Wine bar for tasting room restaurant guests and must be able to communicate effectively
Provide a welcoming and informative experience for guests
Describe the wines, spirits, cocktails and pies, and provide information about the vineyard, winery, and distillery
Effectively promote and sell wine, spirits, cocktails, pies and club memberships
Accurately process orders using OrderPort Stripe POS system
Assist in the general maintenance of tasting room and kitchen (stocking, washing/polishing glassware, cleaning)
