Job Title: Psych/Behavioral health - Registered Nurse
Locations: Westborough - Massachusetts
Duration: Per-diem Flexible.
Schedule: 3p-11p, 11p-7a weekdays and weekends.
NOTE: 1 week training /orientation 7-3
Responsibilities:
- The nurse is responsible for the medical needs of the clients and medication administration as well as corresponding documentation.
- Administering PRN medication, supporting the lab tech for AM lab draws, filing paperwork in the charts, putting inventory away , cleaning /organizing supply or med rooms.
- The programs is resourced with highly trained and credentialed staff which include child psychiatry, nursing, occupational therapy, clinical services and in house education therapeutic milieu.
Requirements:
- Must have an active RN license for the state of Massachusetts.
- 1-2 years of experience working with Psych/Behavioral health population.
- Population: Adolescents.
