We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Siding Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing a variety of siding materials on residential and commercial buildings, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards. Responsibilities
- Measure and interpret construction plans and technical drawings to accurately install siding materials.
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying necessary insulation or underlayment.
- Install various siding types including vinyl, metal, with precision and care.
- Use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and scaffolding safely to complete installations efficiently.
- Follow all construction safety protocols, including the proper use of safety harnesses and ladder safety procedures.
- Conduct minor repairs such as caulking, sealing joints, or patching damaged areas during installation projects.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time while maintaining quality standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in siding installation or related construction fields such as roofing, drywall, or remodeling.
- Knowledge of construction safety regulations and proper use of ladders.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment.
- Experience with roofing or siding is a major plus
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and outdoor work in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of reading a tape measure & knowing your lefts from rights.
