Cable Dahmer Automotive Group is currently seeking Team members to join our growing Service Guest Relations Team!
Our Internet Team is excited to grow and we need to find others who love customers, love the phones and love working around an awesome group of people!

Schedule & Hours: Monday- Friday, 9am -6pm & every 3rd Saturday, 7am -3pm with 1 day off during week if you work that Saturday.
What you'll do:
- Engage with guests through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and text messages.
- Listen and communicate to calmly and courteously defuse upset guests.
- Schedule appointments and maintain ongoing long-term communications with our guests.
- Respond quickly to internet, phone and chat inquiries using phone, email, texts, scripts, and templates.
- Participate in team and process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams, and dealership management.
- Tech savvy with the ability to utilize our CRM and other Software Systems efficiently and effectively.

Mon to Fri: 9 AM - 6 PM
Every 3rd Saturday: 7 AM - 3 PM
On working Saturdays you will be off either a Wednesday or a Thursday.
Closed on Sundays.
