Responsibilities
- Meet with prospective clients to assess their healthcare and insurance needs
- Educate clients on available health insurance and supplemental benefit options
- Conduct personalized consultations and provide tailored recommendations
- Guide clients through the application and enrollment process
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and ongoing support
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Stay informed on industry updates, products, and compliance requirements
- Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and professional development opportunities
Qualifications
- No prior insurance experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
