High-End Residential Cleaning & Maintenance Technician
San Diego, CA (Oceanside, Vista, Clairemont, Central areas)

$20-25/hour + tips
About the Role
We are a growing, owner-operated high-end residential cleaning and home maintenance company serving luxury homes throughout San Diego. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and physically capable individual who takes pride in their work and wants to grow with a small business.
What You’ll Do
- Perform deep cleaning of high-end homes (4,000–10,000+ sq ft)
- Service 2 homes per day depending on size and scope
- Complete full-service cleaning: Floors, carpets, windows, dusting, pet hair removal Kitchens, ovens, fridges, sinks, garbage disposals Bathrooms, grout, master showers, patios
- Use specialized equipment (steamers, vacuums, solar panel cleaners, etc.)
- Perform ladder and rooftop work when needed
- Assist with floor restoration and solar maintenance tasks
- Identify and report property issues (leaks, damage, etc.) via email
- Work directly with the owner initially, with opportunity for independent work over time
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and willingness to do physical labor daily
- High attention to detail
- Professional appearance (clean-cut, presentable)
- Comfortable using chemicals, tools, ladders, and rooftops
- Strong communication skills
- Must pass background check and drug screening (including marijuana)
Preferred:
- Cleaning, maintenance, or trade experience
- Experience working in high-end/luxury homes
