What You'll Do
- Assist home buyers throughout the purchase process
- Help renters locate and secure rental properties
- Conduct property showings
- Host open houses
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Generate leads through networking, marketing, and community involvement
- Follow up with prospects and nurture client relationships
- Negotiate contracts and assist clients through closing
- Maintain knowledge of local market trends

- Active Virginia Real Estate License (Required)
