We sell pools, hot tubs, patio furniture, saunas, and outdoor living packages. These are strong-ticket transactions with real commission opportunity.
We are not hiring order-takers. We are hiring closers.
Compensation Structure
$75K–$120K+ earning potential
- $20/hour base for the first 120 days
- PLUS commission during training period
Strong performers will not be capped.

What We’re Looking For
- Commission-based retail experience preferred
- Furniture, mattress, car sales, solar, real estate encouraged
- Comfortable with performance-based income
- Competitive and self-driven
- Strong follow-up discipline
- Weekend availability required
