Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients through outside sales efforts, including telemarketing and community outreach, to generate new leads and expand client base
- Conduct thorough analysis of clients’ financial needs to recommend appropriate life insurance solutions
- Negotiate policy terms and coverage options with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction and understanding
- Assist in managing sales administration tasks such as documentation, policy processing, and benefits administration
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance regulations, health insurance policies, property casualty insurance, and commercial insurance products
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with team members on marketing initiatives to promote insurance products across diverse channels
Experience
- Previous experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing is highly desirable
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse client populations
- Familiarity with insurance regulation, HIPAA compliance, and benefits administration enhances your candidacy
- Demonstrated analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend suitable coverage options
- Knowledge of health insurance, property casualty insurance, and commercial insurance products is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills combined with a proactive attitude will help you thrive in this role
This paid trainee position offers an engaging environment where your enthusiasm for sales and customer service can flourish. You will have to get a License with the state that you reside in, and there is a software investment of $199 for your CRM, this is a 1099 position.
