We're hiring Landscape Crew Members for two teams — Construction and Maintenance. Let us know in your application which you're interested in (or both).
Landscape Construction Crew Member: Assists with installing masonry, planting, irrigation, and lighting systems. Supports grading, material handling, and site preparation under a Construction Foreman. Operates basic tools and equipment, loads/unloads materials, and helps maintain a clean, safe job site. 1-2 years of landscaping construction experience preferred.
Landscape Maintenance Crew Member: Handles mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, weeding, mulching, and seasonal clean-ups (spring/fall). Plants flowers and shrubs as directed, operates and maintains basic landscaping equipment, and assists with snow removal when applicable. No experience required — we'll train the right person.
Requirements (both roles):
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-oriented attitude
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a crew
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Valid U.S. driver's license (Construction track)
- English proficiency preferred for effective communication
