American Traveler is hiring a Mammography Technologist with at least 1 year of experience in a high-volume Breast Center and required Epic charting experience.

Outpatient mammography setting with some inpatient work
-
Day shift, 5x8 hours, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
-
No on-call, weekend, floating, or holiday requirements
-
Procedures include 3-D mammography, digital mammography, diagnostic and screening mammograms, fine needle aspiration, needle localizations, and stereotactic biopsy

Uses Hologic 3D equipment

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a high-volume Breast Center
-
ARRT(M) and ARRT(R) certifications required

BLS certification required
-
License required if applicable

Epic charting experience required

Teaching hospital, community hospital, LTAC, and Trauma Level I/II experience preferred

Proficiency in isolation precautions, PPE, radiation safety, and universal precautions/core measures

Management or lead experience preferred

Perform a full range of mammography procedures including diagnostic and screening mammograms, 3-D and digital mammography, fine needle aspiration, needle localizations, and stereotactic biopsy

First-time travelers considered as long as minimum experience requirement is met

State-issued ID required for consideration

Local candidates within 90 miles are accepted

RTO requests limited to 5 non-consecutive days, with only one holiday RTO request approved during November through January
