Title: Lead Inspector
Location: Freeport, Texas
Salary: $103,000 - $130,000
Schedule: 4-10s or 9/80s
The Lead Inspector plays a critical role in supporting Olin’s business objectives by overseeing monthly compliance inspections for Chlorine and Chlor-Alkali assets. This includes serving as the PCMS focal point for contract Inspectors and approving all inspection events and work requests.
What You’ll Do

Review all inspection reports and update inspection history in SAP

Review and approve all fitness for service requirements; identify deficiencies

Participate in all FMEA meetings; create inspection plans based on FMEA findings

Review and approve all NDE and rope access inspection plans

Work with the inspection coordinators for cost saving opportunities such as on-streams and specialty NDE
What You'll Bring

High school diploma or equivalent
-
Minimum of 5 years of API inspection and applications experience in the chemical/petrochemical industry

Must have API 510, API 570, and API 653 certifications; NDT/CWI certifications strongly preferred

Experience in a coaching or indirect leadership role preferred

Must be able to obtain a TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) and possess a valid US Driver's license
