We are looking for a Safety & Compliance Engineer to advance safety and regulatory compliance by design. Responsibilities include performing safety analyses, maintaining requirements traceability, and implementing lean processes that keep teams aligned with applicable regulations and standards. The position coordinates with internal owners and external providers, manages evidence collection, and enables consistent, compliant engineering decisions. Success is defined by clear, accurate, auditable artifacts that are actively used across the engineering organization.
Qualified candidates working from our EV facility and HQ in Woburn, MA (20-minutes from downtown Boston) are preferred and will be prioritized. Note that only experienced and qualified candidates should apply, and also state whether they can either work fulltime in Woburn MA or are open to relocation to the NorthEast area.

Job Title and Compensation
- The salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $114,000, based on full-time employment.
