Department: Carmi Family Medicine

Minimum Requirements:

Active Illinois LPN/RN License or CMA certificate. 1 years of experience preferred.

Job Duties:

Assists Physician Assistant/Midlevel Practitioner and team with assessments, diagnostics, treatment and care of clinic patients, additional duties as assigned.

Hours:

80 hours per pay, weekends as required

Pay Scale:

CMA $17-$24.65, LPN $20-$29, Clinic RN $23.88-$34.63
