What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a government location.

Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.

Monitor entrances, exits, and other designated areas, assisting with access control procedures, visitor processing, and/or verification of credentials in accordance with site protocols.

Support daily operations by maintaining a visible presence, providing directions and assistance, and communicating clearly with the public, employees, and/or local authorities when appropriate.
Minimum Requirements:

Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.

Be at least 21 years of age.

Customer service experience is preferred.

The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.

At this site there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
