Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Order Builder to join our dynamic warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately assembling customer orders, managing inventory, and ensuring timely fulfillment to support our distribution operations. Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders using barcode scanning technology and warehouse management systems.
- Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling tools safely and effectively.
- Load and unload shipments, ensuring proper handling of materials with adherence to safety protocols and PPE requirements.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels through regular stock checks, cycle counts, and updating warehouse management systems.
- Ensure quality control by inspecting items for damage or discrepancies before packing and shipping.
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize storage solutions, organize stock, and improve workflow efficiency.
- Follow safety procedures diligently during all aspects of order fulfillment, material handling, and equipment operation.
Requirements
- Proven experience operating warehouse equipment including reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management, shipping & receiving processes.
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting while maintaining safety standards.
- Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities during order picking and packing.
- Prior experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers is preferred.
- Familiarity with barcode scanning for logistics purposes and quality control procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail combined with effective communication skills to ensure accurate order fulfillment.

Pay: $25.45 - $30.65 per hour
