What Will I Be Doing as an Entry Level Team Member?

- Jump into fun training sessions to learn all about service eligibility and how to talk to clients.
- Help residents through the enrollment process and make sure every application is perfect.
- Get out into assigned community zones to share info and answer questions with a smile.
- Support your crew by tracking daily activity and keeping everything organized to reach our shared goals.
What Do I Need to Bring to the Table as an Entry Level Team Member? -
- A high school diploma or GED; if you have some marketing or business classes under your belt, that is awesome.
- Great communication skills and a positive attitude toward learning and coaching.
- Comfort being out in residential neighborhoods and chatting with new people every day.
- The ability to stay organized and use mobile tools to keep track of your success.
