We're looking for a hands-on restaurant leader who wants more than another General Manager position.
What You'll Do
You will oversee every aspect of the restaurant while helping shape its future.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead both Front of House and Back of House operations
- Build strong systems, standards, and accountability
- Develop training programs and operating procedures
- Recruit, coach, and develop future leaders
- Drive guest satisfaction and service excellence
- Manage labor, food cost, inventory, and overall profitability
- Partner on seasonal menu development and local sourcing initiatives
- Improve kitchen execution and operational efficiency
- Foster a culture built on teamwork, hospitality, and pride
What We're Looking For
We're searching for someone who thinks like an owner.
You could be:
- A General Manager with strong culinary knowledge
- An Executive Chef ready to oversee the entire operation
- A restaurant operator who has successfully led both dining room and kitchen teams
Ideal experience includes:
- Full service restaurant leadership
- Scratch kitchen operations
- Farm to table or chef driven concepts
- Resort, country club, boutique hotel, or destination dining experience
- Strong financial management including P&L ownership
- Experience improving labor and food costs
- Building teams, systems, and training from the ground up
- Leading restaurants through growth, change, or turnaround situations
Compensation
- $75,000 to $80,000 base salary
