Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic professional who can fill the position of both Property Manager and Maintenance Technician to oversee the daily operations of Center Township Apartment Buliding. The ideal candidate will possess extensive management experience, technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, and a strong commitment to safety regulations. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient functioning of facilities, supervising maintenance teams, and delivering exceptional service to tenants or clients. This role offers an opportunity to lead facility operations with professionalism, precision, and proactive problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of facilities maintenance, including HVAC system repair, plumbing system maintenance, electrical systems troubleshooting, and mechanical systems repair.
- Supervise facilities maintenance teams, providing leadership, training, and oversight to ensure adherence to safety regulations such as OSHA standards.
- Develop and implement maintenance repair procedures using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software for tracking work orders and asset management.
- Oversee project management activities related to facilities upgrades or repairs, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
- Conduct engineering troubleshooting for complex mechanical or electrical issues using schematics, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, OSHA standards, and industry best practices during all maintenance activities.
- Maintain detailed documentation of maintenance activities, inspections, and safety protocols in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs such as HVAC system repair or industrial maintenance projects while managing facilities management budgets effectively.
Skills
- Proven management experience with a focus on supervising facilities maintenance teams in industrial or commercial settings.
- Strong mechanical knowledge including HVAC systems repair, plumbing system maintenance, electrical systems troubleshooting, and low voltage electrical experience.
- Proficiency in using CMMS software and Microsoft Office applications for reporting and documentation purposes.
- Knowledge of safety regulations including OSHA standards applicable to facilities management.
- Skilled in reading schematics and technical diagrams related to mechanical and electrical systems.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high safety standards.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Mechanical troubleshooting expertise utilizing tools such as ohmmeters for electrical diagnostics.
