Lube & Tire Technicians can grow into full Automotive Technicians, Lead Techs, and Service Advisors across multiple Tampa Bay locations.
Job Summary
As a Lube & Tire Technician, you’ll provide excellent customer service while performing tire and basic maintenance services in a busy shop environment.
You’ll inspect, install, rotate, and balance tires, perform oil changes, and help customers understand recommended services for their vehicle.
Responsibilities
Inspect tires and related components to ensure safety and drivability.

Mount, dismount, balance, rotate, and repair tires according to company standards.

Perform oil changes and other basic lube and preventative maintenance services.

Follow all Ice Cold Air safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Communicate clearly with customers and team members, answering questions and explaining services in a friendly, professional manner.

Qualifications
Some professional experience removing, installing, and servicing tires is preferred.

Strong customer service skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift and work in a fast-paced shop environment.
