Duties
- Greet customers warmly, listen to their needs, and provide expert advice on shipping, packaging and printing needs.
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, transactions, and sales processing
- Maintain attractive product displays through merchandising and stock replenishment to enhance the shopping experience
- Support inventory management by stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and conducting stock counts
- Handle customer inquiries via phone communication and in person with professionalism and enthusiasm
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is essential
- Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
- Strong organizational skills to manage merchandising, stocking, and inventory tasks efficiently
