We are seeking a CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE to join our team at our corporate headquarters located at 400 Ardex Park Drive, Center Township, PA 15001.
What You'll Do

Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

Process customer orders and assist with invoices.

Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Logistics, and Finance teams.

Help track shipments and resolve delivery questions.

Support relationships with our customers across the U.S., Canada, and Latin America

Requirements

Minimum completed High School Diploma

Must reside in a commutable distance to office location (not accessible via public transportation)
