We are looking for restaurant rockstars who enjoy leading a team and engaging with our guests. Customer satisfaction is our primary focus; therefore, our shift leaders must uphold our core values, teamwork, respect, ownership and being actively engaged.
Training and Interviews for this position will be at our Park West location, located at 4331 Main Street Suite 120 Frisco, TX 75034 with the Grand Opening of our Richardson location, located at 1920 N Coit Road Suite 201 Richardson, TX 75080 scheduled for September Opening!!

Requirements of Shift Lead:
● Complete station and shift leader training at Bread Zeppelin
● Leader qualities, outgoing, self-motivator, and a problem solver
● Ability to motivate employees in high stress situations
● Excellent communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with executive management, and guests
● Works with a smile !
Responsibilities of Shift Lead:
● Ensure each guest has a great Bread Zeppelin experience
● Work side by side with Team members to accomplish goals
● Maintains a safe a clean work environment
● Enforce sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of kitchen and dining area
● Responsible for ensuring consistent high quality of food preparation and service
●Maintains professional restaurant image including proper uniforms, and appearance standards
