RN or LPN urgently needed for a medically complex teen in foster care. Night shift hours M-F, 11:30 pm to 7:30 am. The home is located in Creswell. Part time and full time available. Vent experience a plus but can be trained. CPR certification required. RN $72/hour. LPN is $44/hr Training provided.
Youths current nursing tasks:
1. Ventilator management
2. Oxygen administration
3. G tube feedings and venting
4. Trachea
5. Trachea suctioning
6. TPN
8. Ureter catheterization
Foster parents are trained and delegated to perform these tasks also.
