Based in Long Island, New York, Turnstone ABA provides in-home and community-based ABA services to children and adolescents with ASD and other developmental disabilities. We are seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team.
Turnstone was founded on the belief that exceptional ABA outcomes come from intentionally building the right team around each child and taking a hands-on, in-person approach. That starts with BCBAs who love building relationships with children and families, believe in the value of in-person supervision of RBTs, and are motivated by seeing meaningful progress in the children they work with. We are selective about the families we serve, partnering with parents who are committed to learning and participating in their child’s care. We hire experienced clinical staff and thoughtfully match RBTs to each child based on skill, experience, and fit. By focusing on quality over volume, we allow our BCBAs to provide a higher level of supervision and devote more attention to each child’s treatment.
We are growing quickly because families value our approach and have extremely low turnover. We are looking for ambitious and entrepreneurial BCBAs who want to have an outsized impact on shaping the future of a practice built around exceptional care, strong relationships, and meaningful outcomes.
