Position Overview
We are looking for a well-rounded individual to join our team as a Kitchen Staff. A successful Team Member must have commercial baking work experience, follow detailed recipes and SOPs, comfortable working independently and work flexible hours. The candidate will work closely with other team members in the Production Department.
Responsibilities Include:
- Work with the Kitchen Lead and other team members, making cannabis infused gummy and edible products
- Ability to read, measure and execute recipes
- Maintain an exceptional product knowledge and attention to detail with decoration and taste quality
- Ensure highest standard in food quality and take action to correct any irregularities
- Exhibit a thorough knowledge, understanding and application of all infusion and cooking techniques
- Follow all Oklahoma state regulations for the cannabis industry that pertains to the kitchen
Minimum Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year of Baking experience in a commercial kitchen is desired
- Preferred OMMA credential applicants
- Aptitude to learn new recipes in a fast pace environment
- Work schedule is Monday to Friday
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Capability of lifting at least 25 lbs or more
- Benefits are available after probationary period
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- At least 18 years old

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
