Assist customers in selecting Motorclothes and riding gear that fit their style, needs, and safety requirements

Stay informed on the latest product lines, features, and industry trends

Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail space

Accurately handle transactions using various payment methods including cash, credit, and financing

Collaborate with your team to hit and exceed sales goals

Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and brand loyalty

Requirements:
- At least 1 year of retail sales experience
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Basic computer proficiency
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
- Must be able to safely and efficiently move through the dealership premises—including indoor showrooms, vehicle lots, and service areas—while maintaining awareness of moving vehicles, customer foot traffic, and showroom displays.
- Must be able to frequently bend, kneel, crouch, and reach to perform job duties.
