Title: Clinical Director (BCBA)
What We’re Looking For:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Minimum of 3+ years of BCBA experience in a center-based setting
Proven leadership ability or readiness to step into a leadership role
Strong clinical foundation across skill acquisition and behavior reduction
Passion for mentorship, team development, and high-quality care

Monday–Friday (Daytime Hours)
Setting: Center-Based
What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead and oversee the clinical and operational performance of a center
Manage and develop a team of BCBAs and RBTs
Ensure treatment plans meet best practice standards and drive meaningful outcomes
Collaborate with families and caregivers to support long-term progress
Coach and mentor clinicians to elevate performance and clinical quality
Partner with leadership to support growth and maintain high standards across the center
