Job Title: Shipping, Inventory & E-Commerce Associate
We are looking for an organized, dependable, and detail-oriented team member to support our shipping, inventory, and e-commerce operations. This position will help ensure orders are shipped accurately and on time, inventory records remain current, product information is entered correctly, and product costs are properly tracked.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Receive incoming merchandise and verify quantities and condition
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and investigate discrepancies
- Enter and update products, pricing, costs, images, and descriptions
- Monitor product costs and help maintain accurate margins
- Organize inventory, shipping supplies, and warehouse areas
- Clean up and maintain Shopify product listings, collections, tags, and variants
- Correct duplicate, incomplete, or outdated product information
- Assist with inventory transfers and other daily operational tasks
- Keep the shipping and work areas clean, organized, and efficient
Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of Shopify, Lightspeed, or another POS/e-commerce system
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using computers, spreadsheets, and online platforms
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow established procedures
- Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently
- Previous shipping, inventory, retail, or e-commerce experience is preferred but not required

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
