The Villas on Wallace Road is a luxury apartment community seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor/Technician to lead the day-to-day maintenance functions that keep our property safe, beautiful, and running smoothly. If you’re a detail-oriented, hands-on leader who takes pride in pristine grounds and great resident service, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain our beautiful saltwater pool
- Ensure the grounds are pristine
- Complete apartment turns at move-out
- Respond to and complete service requests in a timely manner
- Participate in an on-call rotation
- Oversee and coordinate maintenance tasks
Qualifications
- Must be HVAC certified and proficient in all areas of apartment maintenance
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- On-call rotation required
