Duties
- Engage with prospective clients through targeted marketing campaigns to generate new sales opportunities
- Conduct detailed product demonstrations, explaining features, benefits, and technical specifications of hot tubs to diverse customer segments
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales effectively while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with business partners, contractors, and retail clients through proactive account management
- Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track leads, manage sales pipelines, and analyze customer data for strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional strategies that boost brand awareness and drive sales growth
Requirements
- Proven experience in or technology sales with a focus on account management and negotiation skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex product information clearly and persuasively
- Closing high-ticket deals
- Familiarity with CRM platforms for managing client relationships and analyzing sales data
- Knowledge of marketing strategies relevant to product promotion and customer engagement
- Ability to perform analysis of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform sales tactics
- Experience in technical sales or related fields involving detailed product explanations and solution-based selling
- A proactive approach to warm calling and building rapport with potential clients while maintaining a professional demeanor
