Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, active Social Worker license and minimum 1+ years School Social Work experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Social Worker to join a supportive school district near Bailey, CO for the 2026–2027 school year. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting students’ social, emotional, and behavioral success within the school setting.
Responsibilities:

Provide individual and group counseling services to students

Support students with social-emotional, behavioral, and mental health needs

Conduct assessments and contribute to intervention planning

Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers

Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings
-
Assist with crisis intervention, conflict resolution, and behavior support strategies
-
Connect students and families with community resources and support services
-
Maintain accurate documentation and case notes in compliance with district and state guidelines

Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) required

Active Colorado School Social Worker license/certification required

Compensation for this position ranges from $33.48 to $53.48. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
