Job Overview:
This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced ice cream and coffee shop. You will actively lead shifts while coaching team members, delivering exceptional hospitality, and taking ownership of managerial responsibilities throughout each shift.
Our mission is to create an experience that stands out in the market. We want every guest to feel genuinely welcomed, cared for, and excited to return.
We place a strong emphasis on employee development and culture, especially for high school and college students entering the workforce for the first time. This role is more than a job; it is an opportunity to build confidence, responsibility, communication, and a work ethic that extends beyond the workplace. Our goal is for every employee to leave better than they came in, equipped with real, transferable life skills they can carry into any future career.
Your role is a key part of that process, not only by teaching responsibility, communication, and work ethic, but by setting the standard through how you lead and show up every day. This includes giving clear direction, holding standards, motivating the team through positivity, and having honest conversations that help team members grow.
We are committed to finding the right person for this role and will not rush the hiring process.
