We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our team.

As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly, delivering high-quality dishes that meet our fine dining standards.
Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Assist in meal preparation for catering events and special functions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Monitor food quality and presentation before serving to guests.
- Help with inventory management.
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation methods.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively with staff.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
