Assist with scheduling and planned shutdowns

Support capital projects and infrastructure upgrades

Use asset history to recommend repair vs. replace

Raise the bar on safety and CI

Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards

Promote housekeeping and 5S across the department

Maintain equipment and facilities in safe, reliable condition

Champion continuous improvement in maintenance processes

High school diploma or equivalent
-
5+ years leading maintenance in heavy industrial manufacturing
-
Strong electrical troubleshooting skills
-
Experience with industrial equipment, utilities, and production systems
-
Proficiency reading blueprints, schematics, and technical docs
-
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making
-
Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field
-
Experience in steel, metals, foundry, forging, mining, paper, cement, chemical, or similar heavy industries
-
Knowledge of high-voltage distribution
-
Experience with PLCs, drives, and industrial controls
-
Familiarity with predictive and preventive maintenance practices

PLC troubleshooting

Motor replacement, repair, and maintenance
