Meyer Law Firm, an established law practice in Jupiter, Florida, is seeking an experienced Estate Planning and Probate Paralegal.
We are looking for a compassionate, organized professional who is committed to providing exceptional client service. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships with clients, taking ownership of their work, and guiding families through important life transitions.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Independently manage estate planning and probate and trust administration files from initial client meeting through file closure, with attorney oversight as needed.
- Meet with clients to gather information, identify estate planning needs, and prepare documents.
- Guide personal representatives, trustees and beneficiaries through the probate and trust administration process.
- Prepare and E-file probate pleadings and prepare and E-record other required documents.
- Maintain communication with clients by providing status updates, answering questions and ensuring an exceptional client experience.
- Communicate with prospective clients, handle client intake calls, prepare engagement letters, schedule consultations and meetings, and lead meetings as appropriate.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in estate planning and probate.
- Demonstrated ability to manage assigned work with minimal supervision while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Must be self- motivated, and eager to learn and contribute to a collaborative team.
- High-level organizational, time-management, and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to prioritize competing responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding client relationship skills.
- Exemplary verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Experience with Lexis Nexis, Lawgic, Simplifile, TimeSlips preferred.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
