Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Family Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of patient care, with expertise in Primary Care. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide advanced nursing services, deliver compassionate patient care, and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team. The Family Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for conducting patient assessments, diagnosing illnesses, developing treatment plans, and managing a diverse range of medical conditions across various clinical environments.
Duties
- Perform thorough patient evaluations, including history-taking, physical examinations, and vital signs assessment.
- Diagnose acute and chronic health conditions utilizing current medical terminology and physiology knowledge.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with best practices and clinical guidelines.
- Administer injections, IV insertions, and other medical procedures following HIPAA regulations and safety protocols.
- Utilize Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems to document medical records accurately and efficiently.
- Participate in telehealth consultations to extend care access remotely while maintaining high standards of patient care.
Experience
- Familiarity with EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems and EHR (Electronic Health Records) documentation processes.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Primary Care is required.
- Strong Medical knowledge with Critical thinking and differential diagnosis with plan of care is required.
Pay: $120,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
