Lil’s Café is looking for a baker to join our team. Lil’s is a café and bakery specializing in exquisite pastries, fine coffee and tea and sandwiches on breads made from scratch. Lil’s culture is highly inclusive and empowering, hard-working, guest focused, and about scratch cooking with skill. Applicants ideally should have a background in restaurant hospitality as well as previous experience baking in a commercial kitchen.
This is a year-round position with both full and part time options available. Shifts include a mix of early mornings, mornings, and afternoons. Weekends are required.
Members of the bake team work a mix of shifts that range from cruller production shifts, batch production baking shifts, and morning BOH service shifts.
