Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Hotel Guest Experience and Activities Lead to elevate our guests' stay by delivering exceptional service and memorable experiences. Responsibilities
- Lead the guest experience team by providing outstanding customer service, ensuring all guest inquiries and requests are handled promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate and promote a variety of resort activities, events, and entertainment options to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, reservations using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA, and handling guest concerns with effective problem-solving skills.
- Assist with hotel emergency procedures, ensuring safety protocols are followed and guests are well-informed during any incident or crisis.
- Utilize multilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests, providing personalized service in their preferred language.
- Oversee guest relations efforts by maintaining high standards of hospitality management, phone etiquette, and client communication.
- Collaborate with hotel management to implement policies that improve guest services and operational efficiency.
- Support night audit processes when necessary, ensuring accurate financial reconciliation and reporting.
Experience
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, ideally within resort environments or similar settings.
- Strong background in customer service with excellent communication skills across multiple languages; bilingual proficiency is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with hotel management systems such as OPERA or other property management systems (PMS).
- Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, guest services protocols, and front desk operations.
- Experience in organizing and leading resort activities or entertainment programs is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to handle customer service issues effectively while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
- Previous experience in night audit functions or property management roles will be considered an asset.

Pay: $15.20 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15.75 – 17.15 per week
