Are you an organized, hands-on leader who enjoys building efficient processes and leading a team? Treetime Christmas Creations is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse and fulfillment department. This position plays a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service through accurate inventory management, efficient shipping, and a well-organized warehouse.
As Warehouse Manager, you will lead daily warehouse operations while working alongside the team to maintain a safe, productive, and positive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage all warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, inventory control, and warehouse organization.
- Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff while fostering teamwork and accountability.
- Coordinate unloading of inbound containers and verify inventory accuracy.
- Oversee picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders for retail and e-commerce.
- Maintain accurate inventory using NetSuite and warehouse scanning systems.
- Ensure orders are shipped accurately and on time using FedEx, UPS, USPS, and other carriers.
- Operate pickers and warehouse equipment safely.
- Develop and improve warehouse procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Assist with seasonal staffing, scheduling, and workload planning during peak holiday periods.
- Work closely with customer service, purchasing, and retail teams to ensure excellent customer experiences.
- Occasionally make local deliveries using company vehicles.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse management or warehouse supervisory experience preferred.
- Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment.
- Experience operating forklifts and warehouse equipment (order picker experience preferred).
- Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite and barcode scanning systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of FedEx, UPS, and other parcel shipping systems preferred.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead by example and work alongside the team.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 75 pounds throughout the workday.
- Ability to work at least one weekend day during peak seasons with flexibility during our busy holiday months.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to jump in wherever needed.

Compensation: Competitive hourly wage or salary based on experience and qualifications.
