We are hiring dependable, professional painters that can exhibit initiative, strong work ethic and attention to detail. We are currently hiring both crew members and lead painters. Pay is based on experience!
Crew members-Should have at least 1 year of experience with all phases of painting from prep to brush and roll work.
We are willing to train the right person in an entry level position as well!
We will look at moving an experienced painter to a lead painter position after a trial period of 3 months. Lead painters should have 5 years of experience with all phases of painting from prep to brush and roll INCLUDING airless/spray experience and MUST have at least 1 year of crew management experience.
-All new hires are required to have their own hand tools and PPE
Applicants must have experience in interior and exterior painting, including but not limited too; masking, puttying, caulking and all other prep work that is required, as well as brush and roll work. A valid drivers license and dependable transportation is required. As a painter, your job may require you to work on several different projects and meet deadlines put forth and that may fluctuate. This gives you an exciting change to the pace of your job every day. Our company strives to keep our clients happy through quality workmanship, attention to detail and maintaining of timelines. You'll be asked to protect the area around the jobsite not being painted and ensure everyone is safe on the job with the right ventilators and safety equipment.
Job Responsibilities
-Prep, Masking, caulking, priming and painting the interior and exterior of buildings and homes, including apartments, townhomes, condos and multi-family dwellings and commercial buildings.
-Work well with other team members by using clear communication and strong work ethic.
-Use safety equipment (PPE) and ventilators to ensure that everyone on the job is safe at all times
-Ability to do high work on a ladder or a lift
-Positive attitude

Valid driver's license and dependable transportation and willingness to travel
- Provide own travel to job sites
Pay
Starting at $16/hr with little to no experience painting from there it is $18-$20 for mid level experience and $20-$25 for lead painter to foreman positions levels. We also perform a large portion of prevailing wage work which can see wages ranging from 26 to $35 an hour for the duration of some jobs

We are currently working on a HUD 3 project. We are encouraging all HUD and Section 8 recipients to apply that meet the painter position requirements. These candidates will be required to certify that they are eligible to receive and that:
