We're looking for Shift Leaders to join our team and help launch our brand-new Old Town location. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll partner with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations, support and develop team members, and help create a place guests love coming back to.
At MilkShake Factory, you'll do more than serve desserts—you'll learn the craft behind our handcrafted milkshakes and premium chocolates. After working here, you may never look at chocolate quite the same way again.

What You'll Do
- Lead daily operations during assigned shifts and help ensure smooth execution
- Uphold MilkShake Factory standards for People, Process, and Product
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through hospitality, quality, and speed of service
- Train, coach, and support team members
- Ensure products are prepared, presented, and served to brand standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and food-safe environment
- Assist with inventory, stocking, waste management, and supply organization
- Follow cash handling procedures and maintain financial accountability
- Promote a positive, team-oriented culture and lead by example
- Communicate effectively with management and step in wherever needed to support the team
What We're Looking For
- Restaurant, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience required
- Leadership experience preferred, but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong communication, delegation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to coach, motivate, and support team members
- Guest-focused mindset and commitment to exceptional service
- Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of POS systems and cash handling procedures
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to bend, reach, lift, and carry up to 25 pounds
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
