What You’ll Do (aka your GM superpowers)
- Be the fearless leader of the FOH & BOH crew, hiring, training, scheduling, payroll, coaching, the whole shebang
- Keep service standards sky-high and guest experiences legendary
- Manage labor, food, beverage, and expenses like a financial wizard
- Jump into marketing, advertising, and community partnerships that get butts in seats (and slices in hands)
- Own inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships, no surprises on your watch
- Keep the restaurant safe, secure, and health-code compliant (because no one likes a citation)
- Maintain the restaurant like your own, clean, functional, and always guest-ready
- Collaborate with HR on staffing, benefits, and team development (yep, you’ll be a people whisperer too)
- Mentor and grow your managers, because leaders don’t just lead, they build more leaders
Schedule & Expectations
- High-volume, high-energy environment (bring your A-game every day)
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and hustle through 8–12 hour shifts
- Flexible availability, because restaurants don’t take nights, weekends, or holidays off
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1–2 years of full-service management experience (bonus if it’s pizza, but we’ll take all-star talent from anywhere)
- Guest-obsessed, service-driven leader who thrives under pressure
- Tech-savvy with systems like Aloha/NCR, R365, Google Suite, and OpenTable
- Financially sharp; you know how to read a report and make the right moves
- High-energy, resilient, and ready to take on the challenge of running a restaurant
