Position Summary
WNC Laundry LLC is seeking an experienced and motivated Floor Supervisor to oversee daily production operations in our fast-paced commercial laundry facility. The Floor Supervisor is responsible for leading production staff, ensuring quality standards are met, maintaining safety procedures, and achieving production goals while promoting a positive and productive work environment.
The ideal candidate will have prior supervisory experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, production, or laundry facility and possess strong leadership and organizational skills.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of production employees.
- Monitor workflow to ensure production goals and deadlines are met.
- Train, coach, and motivate employees to maintain productivity and quality standards.
- Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular floor inspections to ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance.
- Monitor employee attendance, performance, and work assignments.
- Address operational issues and resolve employee concerns in a professional manner.
- Communicate production updates and staffing needs to management.
- Assist with scheduling, shift coverage, and labor allocation.
- Ensure proper handling of customer products and company equipment.
- Complete production reports and other required documentation.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, production, commercial laundry, or related environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience training and developing employees.
- Basic computer and reporting skills preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
Schedule Requirements
- Must be available to work any shift.
- Must be available to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Must be available for overtime when required.
- WNC Laundry LLC operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
